In 昀椀scal 2023, Disney supported employee af昀椀nity We continued to expand our celebration of af昀椀nity We celebrated Disability Pride Month through internal groups and more than 100 Business Employee Resource months and cultural moments. For example, during events that addressed topics such as deaf storytelling, Groups, through which employees can network with Black History Month, we launched the Buy Black innovative captioning, and anxiety in the workplace, as peers, participate in outreach and mentorship Challenge to increase awareness of opportunities to well as through external stories.
