Our goal as leaders is to put a plan in place no matter what the future may hold. Wayne Gretzky, one of the best NHL players of all time, would identify where the puck is going and go. Similarly, a leader must make plans based on David Siegel an understanding of where an organization and one's customers are and figure out where you need to go, and how to get there.
