Embed Agentforce in RELAYTO

After you have created your AgentForce instance, you need to configure it to be able to embed within the RELAYTO environment. Please follow this guide to get the embed code.

1. Create embedded service deployment

Let’s create an Embedded Service deployment (Setup—Embedded Service Deployment) that will utilize the messaging channel connected to the Agent. Basically, it is a link between the customer-facing chat and your Agent.

2. Add RELAYTO domain

You must specify your RELAYTO instance domain where the interaction will take place and the messaging channel created earlier in step 1.

3. Get code snippet

From this screen, click Code Snippet and send this Code Snippet information to your RELAYTO account manager. Our team will activate the AgentForce on your RELAYTO instance.

4. Publish

You are ready to Publish the Web Deployment. On this screen, you can review the settings and branding features if you have any, as well as pre-chat forms in case you ask for a name or other info before chatting. Hit the Publish button every time you make a change. Keep in mind that it might take up to 10 minutes to apply your changes
