How to Enroll

Remember, new team members have 30 days from the date of becoming benefit eligible to enroll in benefits. After this, changes to enrollment can only be made if you experience a life event or during Open Enrollment, which typically happens in the fall.

Enrolling at Work

You will complete the enrollment process within the Lawson platform. If you are at work and on the UnityPoint Health server, follow these instructions on how to enroll.

Enrolling from Home

While you can always complete your enrollment at work, you can also easily access Lawson remotely with any personal device to enroll in benefits. Take advantage of this tip sheet to learn how to access Lawson remotely, and begin your benefits enrollment process.

Please note, if you are planning to enroll from home, you must have already enrolled in Multi-Factor Authentication. This tip sheet walks you through how to register for Multi-Factor Authentication if you haven’t already. If you have questions, contact the IT Service Center at 1(800) 681-2060.
