I am deeply sorry to be taking this step. I am the sole owner for this decision and the ones leading up to it. I know a lot of CEOs are saying this right now and might feel like a throwaway sentence. It isnโt for me.
When someone joins Reforge, they entrust me with some of the valuable time in their career. I take that responsibility very seriously, and despite efforts to avoid this day it was a necessary step given the macroeconomic outlook.
I want to express my appreciation to all those that were impacted. Each person is talented and made meaningful contributions to Reforge that will not be forgotten. We are doing everything to leverage the incredible Reforge network to help those impacted.
As I look forward, Reforgeโs mission to help people do the best work of their career is even more important given volatile times. We are well positioned to weather these times, and continue to help our Members and their companies.
