DEPLOYABLE RF SHIELDED CABINETS & CONTAINERS European EMC Products (EEP) have over 25 years of experience designing deployable Radio Frequency (RF) shielded cabinets and containers. EEP possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the designing of modular RF shielded cabinets and RF shielded containers using the latest in 3D software to create bespoke designs to meet customer requirements. Shielded cabinets and containers are widely used to protect critical systems and infrastructure from modern day threats such as EMP attacks. The shielded cabinets, generally supplied with a 19” internal rack system are all designed and manufactured to meet MIL-STD 188-125. Shielded containers are fully welded and form the primary RF shield. They can be designed to either be standard ISO compliant or fully bespoke. All EEP’s design team are security cleared, which allows them to work on sensitive, classi昀椀ed and con昀椀dential projects. MANUFACTURE Once design drawings have customer approval, EEP commence manufacture. Using the latest in welding technology, skilled fabricators piece together each cabinet or container within the UK factory. Each piece is then painted to the customers speci昀椀cation prior to the installation of any internal equipment. RF SHIELDED CABINETS EEP’s RF shielded cabinets are designed to o昀昀er high levels of shielding attenuation typically for EMPP (Electromagnetic Pulse Protection) or TEMPEST requirements. All cabinets are built to speci昀椀c end users’ requirements and as such can include features such as power, telecoms and data 昀椀ltering, ventilation, power distribution systems and thermal insulation. Additional extras such as racking for the mounting of internal equipment, shock mounts and / or wheels can also be accommodated. The cabinets are manufactured using 2mm thick galvanised steel sheet to ensure maximum shielding performance and corrosion resistance. Our expertise in this area means we can o昀昀er a cost e昀昀ective, custom made solution for EMP & RF protected shielded cabinets. EMP SHIELDED CABINETS EEP design and manufacture a bespoke range of EMP shielded cabinets speci昀椀c to end users’ requirements for high performance applications. This type of cabinet is typically used for commercial and military facilities requiring NEMP (Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse) Protection. Cabinets are constructed using 2mm thick galvanised steel panels to ensure maximum shielding performance when bolted together using EMP gasket for a long term reliable performance. EEP manufacture these cabinets in any size from desktop to walk-in and they can be 昀椀tted with a wide range of internal 昀椀ttings to suit all applications.
