Co-founder, Red Swan Ventures

Andy Dunn #50 Co-founder, Red Swan Ventures Andy Dunn has been investing his own money and outside funds in startups long before he sold Bonobos to Walmart for $310 million and cashed out. In 2011, he started Red Swan Ventures with his Bonobos colleagues Chris Travers and David Eisenberg to back startups in consumer tech and online retail. The venture firm made dozens of seed-stage investments in startups, including Coinbase — which went public last year at a $99.5 billion valuation — before it stopped raising outside capital in 2016. “I tell entrepreneurs, ‘Call me on your darkest day: when you want to give up, when you think that the company is going to fail, when you are going through a cofounder divorce,’” Dunn said. He’s now working on the stealth company Whipped Cream PBC. Source: businessInsider
