Bank the Budget Use Monopoly money to physically represent your budget. 2 Remove it from your piggybank as you use it in the project. 272. Scope Out Limbs Draw a mascot for the project. Add a new limb each time there’s an increase in scope. Remind the project board that with every increase in scope, you’re closer to creating a monster. 273. Get Testy Test after every new addition to the solution.
