COMMUNITY BUILDING 137. Tape Up Some Fashion 1 Have a Duct Tape Fashion Show. Assemble everyone into teams. Supply each team with rolls of duct tape of various colors. Have each team create an outfit from their tape. After construction is over, host a fashion show where each team wears their creation and walks down a runway in front of their peers. I did this once with a community of engineers and project managers—stereotypically not your biggest group of fashion–focused individuals. But as soon as the contest started, it was like America’s Next Top Model. They drew up fashion designs, created elaborate costumes complete with accessories and logos, and strutted their stuff down the runway.
