Naval Ravikant #61 Co-founder and chairman, AngelList After his first fund became the envy of Silicon Valley, with investments in Postmates, Uber, and Twitter, Naval Ravikant decided to stop raising outside capital. Instead, he started AngelList in 2016. The website is an investing powerhouse that lets startups raise money from angel investors and funds. In 2021, it allowed more than 12,000 companies to raise a combined $10 billion in assets, the company said. Ravikant, who has also become an angel investor in India, still has an enviable portfolio. He’s backed high-profile crypto startups, such as the trading platform dYdX and the marketplace Dapper Labs, which hit a $7.6 billion valuation in a funding round in September. Source: businessInsider
