Daniel Gross #66 Founder, Pioneer For most of his career, Daniel Gross has been well immersed in the world of seed startups. He launched his company, Cue, through Y Combinator, and sold it to Apple in 2013. After four years at Apple, Gross returned to Y Combinator as a partner before leaving in 2018 to launch his own spin on the accelerator model. His program, Pioneer, operates remotely and selects startups in part through an online tournament. Gross is also a prolific angel investor, having backed startups such as Deel, which landed a $5.5 billion valuation in 2021, and Lattice, which became a unicorn. Source: businessInsider
