How to Use
Step 1
Open a digital experience or hub. The AI reads all content types in your workspace—PDFs, videos, images, audio, links, and more. To activate AI Chat, just open the content or hub you want it to reference.
Step 2
Click the AI icon in the bottom right corner.

Step 3
You can choose the recommended question or type into the chat.

Bonus
If you open a digital experience inside a hub, you can enable answers from within the other hub contents or just the document you're looking at. To do it, check/uncheck the box below the chat.

Click the settings button in the top right corner

Enable/Disable the option.

You can also disable the proactive AI banner here. It's the blue banner that appears when someone new opens the hub.

How to Add Custom Questions
Step 1
Open the AI Content Chat settings. The steps above are for either content or hubs to get there.

Enable the Custom questions option.

Step 3
Now you can add your own suggested questions! Look for the + Add Question button to include as many as you need. Try it out and customize the experience to fit your goals.
To add questions to a hub, follow the same instructions.
