PERFORMANCE: In 2021, we laid the foundation to calculate progress toward this goal in the coming years. We also committed to increase investments in staff and training and continued to enhance our internal audit capabilities. We prioritize high standards in the areas of diversity, ethics, human rights and environmental stewardship alongside factors of cost, quality and delivery. In 2021, we created a Sustainable Procurement Steering Committee to oversee our efforts. The committee is chaired by our Chief Procurement Officer and includes leaders from our Supplier Quality, Finance and EHS&S teams.
