These areas are Climate Change, Product Impact, Responsible Supply Chain, Healthy Workforce and Communities, and Transparency, all of which have the potential to create lasting impact on our company, our planet, our communities and human health. To achieve these commitments, we established goals for 2030 and beyond that we will use to track and measure our progress in meeting our commitments and to better align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) . These five impact areas allow us to simultaneously care for the long-standing ESG issues that we have managed and will continue to manage every day, while prioritizing specific areas where we are well-positioned to drive significant change in our industry, business and society into the future. These five areas connect across—and advance—the four pillars of our ESG strategy. Further details on each of these commitment areas can be found in the relevant sections of this report.
