Our compensation packages include, but are not limited to, competitive wage rates, an annual short-term incentive program, a long-term incentive program, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions of 50% up to 6%, paid vacation and holidays, flexible time off policy, health, dental and vision insurance, paid parental leave, paid short-term disability and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, free health and wellness subscriptions, and support via an associate relief fund. Eligibility for, and the level of, benefits vary depending on associates’ full-time or part-time status, work location, role, and tenure. expanding our benefits In 2021, we implemented a paid parental leave program, where we provide 100% of pay for up to eight weeks following the birth of a child, adoption, or the placement of a foster child for either parent within twelve months of birth or placement. We also conducted an in-depth review of our benefits programs through the lenses of diversity, equity, and inclusion and affordability. As a result of this analysis, we made a number of enhancements.
