Pregnancy means your pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, including complications of pregnancy. Prior Plan means your Employer's group long term disability insurance plan in effect on the day before the effective date of your Employer's coverage under the Group Policy and which is replaced by the Group Policy. Season means any recurring, annual period of work at a specific time of year that lasts three to eleven consecutive months. Sickness means your sickness, illness, or disease. Spouse means: 1. A person to whom you are legally married; or 2. Your State-Registered Domestic Partner. Your State-Registered Domestic Partner as defined in state statute and substantially equivalent legal unions from other jurisdictions as defined in Washington State statute.
