Hyperlinks- PDF’s and Web Pages All of our alternate PDF’s are stored on our File Transfer Protocol (FTP) provided by FileZilla, this allows us to have all of our files in one area and simply to hyperlink to this area from our websites and documents giving us one location to update with new materials that will in hand update that same information to any site it is hyperlinked to. To add this hyperlink I went to Tools>Content>Link 1. Select the Link Action: Open a web page 2. Enter in the hyperlink/web address of you file. Once you have completed all of the hyperlinks for your alternate PDF’s and websites we can begin importing the SWF components back into the lab. To import your SWF files go to Tools>Content>Multimedia 1. Select SWF 2. Click and drag over the area you would like to SWF to appear 3. Click Browse to select the file or enter in the URL to the SWF 4. Check the Show Advanced Options box 5. For a fluent feel I Enabled When: The page containing the content is visible and Disabled When: The page containing the content is not visible 6. Check Transparent background regardless (this will make sure Adobe does not add any additional white outlines to your content) 7. Click OK You now have interactive content embedded into your PDF.
