LIFE INSURANCE: FOR YOUR DEPENDENTS If a Dependent dies, Proof of the Dependent’s death must be sent to Us. When We receive such Proof with the claim, We will review the claim and, if We approve it, will pay the Beneficiary the Life Insurance in effect on the life of such Dependent on the date of death.
