GENERAL PROVISIONS (continued) Physical Exams If a claim is submitted for insurance benefits other than life insurance benefits, We have the right to ask the insured to be examined by a Physician(s) of Our choice as often as is reasonably necessary to process the claim. We will pay the cost of such exam. Autopsy We have the right to make a reasonable request for an autopsy where permitted by law.
