2021 ESG Report Healthy Business In 2022 we are piloting an innovative talent program for female colleagues. Research shows that women of color experience disadvantages in the workplace, and are promoted at a slower rate than any other gender and racial group. Breaking Points will address the barriers these women face in career advancement while influencing the next generation of diverse leaders at CVS Health. This program will focus on providing female colleagues, specifically those of Black, Indigenous and Hispanic backgrounds, with tools, resources and access to a community that reinforces their ability to be seen, heard and valued as they advance their careers. The pilot program will be offered to 50 colleagues in 2022 with the goal of expanding in 2023 and beyond.
