Board oversight of ESG issues and strategy ESG is a top priority for our Board. The Nominating, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee plays the central role in supporting GXO’s Board on ESG strategy as well as on broader corporate governance matters. As with other board-level Committees, members of the Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committee are independent. The Nominating, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee supports the Board in its oversight of GXO’s purpose-driven sustainability and ESG-related strategies and policies, performance and external disclosures, systems for evaluating ESG-related material risks and opportunities and GXO’s approach to shareholder and stakeholder engagement regarding sustainability and ESG matters.
