Can analysis of job posts reflect company behavior? A caveat of analyzing job posts is that it is possible that employers may have policies that are not described in their postings but which may be communicated to candidates in later stages of the process. In this report, we analyzed company behavior in two core ways: ● Remote hiring ● Second-chance hiring Given that both of these types of content materially impact the top of the candidate funnel, we believe that references in job posts is a reasonable proxy for trends in company behavior. © Tapwage Inc 2022 32
