That’s why we consistently seek to engage with communities around the world, especially in the places where our people live and work. It’s an idea that is very much in keeping with our values — especially the idea that we are dedicated to caring for our people and our communities. While financial support is an essential element of our approach to corporate citizenship, we are proud of the fact that our employees are very much at the center of our efforts around the world. Their volunteerism is a key driver of our community engagement efforts, and in many ways, they guide our philanthropic endeavors.
