The survey allows us to measure overall satisfaction and the Net Promoter Score (NPS) as well as to go into more detail across customer touch points to help drive specific improvements. In 2021, the NPS score was 56 for the company, based on an index ranging from -100 to 100. 2021 Financial Assistance Owens Corning receives financial assistance in the form of various tax credits, which is reflected in the table below.
