Customer or End Users. c. Software. Some Services allow Customers to download RELAYTO software which may update automatically. Customers may use the software only to access the Services. If any component of the software is offered under an open source license, RELAYTO will make the license available to Customer and the provisions of that license may expressly override some of the terms of this Agreement. d. Beta Services. RELAYTO may provide features or products that we are still testing and evaluating. These products and features are identified as alpha, beta, preview, early access, or evaluation (or words or phrases with similar meanings) (collectively, "Beta Services''). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or in the DPA, the following terms apply to all Beta Services: (a) you may use or decline to use any Beta Services; (b) Beta Services may not be supported and may be changed at any time without notice to you; (c) Beta Services may not be as reliable or available as generally available RELAYTO AI Services; (d) Beta Services have not been subjected to the same security measures and auditing as generally available RELAYTO AI Services; and (e) RELAYTO will have no liability arising out of or in connection with beta services—use at your own risk. 1(g) AI features. RELAYTO AI includes these AI capabilities: (1) AI Content Chat, which lets a viewer or user ask questions or request summaries inside an asset; (2) the AI Agent; (3) AI-assisted content creation and microsite / content-app workflows that turn source documents into interactive experiences; and (4) PDF or layout enhancement tools. External large language models. AI Content Chat and the AI Agent send the minimum prompt and source snippets needed for a response to a listed model provider. AI-assisted microsite builder and content-app workflows also use third-party LLMs listed in Annex III (including OpenAI and Anthropic Claude). Customer content submitted through those workflows is not used to train foundation models. Internal processing. Where a feature runs only on RELAYTO Limited systems with no external LLM, no Customer content leaves RELAYTO Limited for model inference. If RELAYTO Limited later attaches an external LLM to a feature that was internal-only, that provider will be added to Annex III before the feature is turned on for Customer. Customer controls. Customer may disable AI Content Chat, the AI Agent, and other AI features at the workspace level or per asset. Once disabled, the feature does not appear to internal users or external viewers. RELAYTO Limited will implement a written disable request for named workspaces and will keep those features off until Customer asks in writing to turn them back on. Fees. AI features that are part of the Services do not themselves add a separate subscription fee unless the Order Form says otherwise. EU AI Act. RELAYTO Limited is the provider of these features. Customer is the deployer when Customer uses them on its content and with its End Users. The features are general-purpose tools for content transformation and question-answering over Customer content. They are not intended for prohibited AI practices or for high-risk uses listed in the EU AI Act (including employment, credit, biometric identification, or medical diagnosis). Customer must not use the features for those uses. 1(h) Accessibility. RELAYTO Limited will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the RELAYTO AI web application conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is an effort obligation, not a warranty that every page meets every success criterion at all times. Report accessibility barriers to support@relayto.com. 1(f) Trust Center and certifications. RELAYTO Limited maintains a SOC 2 Type II report for the RELAYTO AI production services, covering the Trust Services Criteria stated on the then-current report (Security, and any additional categories listed in that report). The current report is available to Customer on written request under NDA, and a summary may appear at https://trust.relayto.com/. That page is informational and does 3 of 53
