RELAYTO is looking for a Senior Account Executive (remote or London / USA) to work directly with our founders and lead a small sales team.  Appetite for combining sales motion with product-led and content-led accelerators.

Day-to-day role

At RELAYTO, you would be a part of a small international team (Silicon Valley, London, Paris, Riga), operating primarily via Hubspot, Slack & Asana, and working directly with the Founders.

While every day in a startup is different, you can expect these responsibilities:

  • Learn and continuously update the understanding of the RELAYTO value proposition + sales pitch to effectively educate and generate demand from qualified prospects
  • Research and identify prospects (both inbound & outbound) and reach them through a combination of social, cold calling & email campaigns
  • Build and refine a sales process that will have a lasting impact on the future of the company.
  • Manage the pipeline! Manage junior resources to confirm qualification criteria
  • Achieve set monthly targets for leads, meetings, and sales
  • Continuously monitor B2B marketplace and competitor developments and convert new trends into scalable sales

If you have what it takes, and ideally 5 - 10 years of previous SaaS sales experience OR relevant experience in a related field, get in touch!

Above all, you’re an entrepreneur and are excited by the prospect of building your business and hitting your quarterly and annual goals. 

What are we looking for?

  • You have 5+ years of successful selling to SMBs / mid-market and/or departmental enterprise deals. You have experience working on deals similar in size ($7k to $100k ACV) and volume to the ones you’d be working on at RELAYTO/
  • You have worked for an excellent SaaS sales company. This could be a startup or a big player like Salesforce or HubSpot, but we're looking for someone who has experienced an excellent sales culture.
  • The love of the chase. If you don’t love finding innovative ways to reach prospects, we are probably not the right fit!
  • A highly competitive desire to exceed targets
  • Dazzling written & verbal communication skills that are flexible to suit different personas and markets, including the ability to create and sell great content with relevant narratives
  • Mad problem-solving skills - aided by the willingness to put excuses aside to get to the necessary outcomes
  • You know your way around a modern CRM. You will need this for your day-to-day. Also, you will need to walk-the-talk because we help clients contect RELAYTO deeply into CRMs (Salesforce & HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot).
  • You are in sales because you love helping people win. It energizes you to work alongside people to improve their business and unleash their creativity
  • You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly. At RELAYTO, our product is always evolving, as is our market. Things will change - you need to be comfortable adapting to that change
