02 BRIEF HISTORY How We Started The Purpose Summit started in 2019 as the catalyst experience for business leaders to refocus on individual and organizational purpose. From a repurposed school building in inner-city Detroit to a 100-year-old theater in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to The University of Notre Dame.
