Because no one set of industry reporting standards encompasses the full scope of Uber’s business model, we have included applicable reporting standards from both the SASB Internet Media and Services and SASB Road Transportation standards. In some cases we have made modifications or omissions to these reporting standards to better reflect Uber’s actual operations and the data that is available for consistent, quality measurement and reporting. We have also provided information responsive to aspects of the all- sector recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures on governance, strategy, risk management, metrics, and targets. We expect to build on this work in future versions of the report.
