I weighed 270 pounds and my body was letting me know I needed to make a change. With the help of our wellness clinics and Real Appeal, a weight loss tool offered free to Valero employees, I have lost 40 pounds. I drastically reduced my blood pressure by controlling my pre-diabetes, and I am starting to feel healthy again.
