COVID-19 The COVID-19 pandemic presented tremendous challenges to all aspects of our business in 2021. As with any other challenge, our culture values guided our response. With nearly 80% of our employees at our plants, with no option to work from home, our employees at our U.S. headquarters remained in the office in support of our operations teammates. Our safety culture allowed us to be together as a team to work collaboratively and demonstrate our leadership in the industry in delivering safe, affordable and reliable fuels as demand recovered.
