The Valero Texas Open celebrated its 100th year in 2022, the oldest tournament on the PGA TOUR to be played in the same city since inception. For the past 20 years, Valero has been the title sponsor, helping to elevate the tournament’s stature by becoming a leader in charitable fundraising events on the PGA TOUR. In 2022, in collaboration with our business and community partners, the Valero Texas Open, the Valero Benefit for Children and Champions fore Charity events generated a record $22 million in proceeds for hundreds of charities.
