Accessibility Statement
At RELAYTO, we believe great digital experiences must be accessible to everyone. That’s why we’re committed to designing a platform that not only looks great on any device but also works for all users, including those with disabilities.
We’ve built accessibility into how we think, design, and ship — following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and tracking closely with the evolving WCAG 2.2 AA standards. Every new feature is developed with these guidelines in mind, so accessibility isn’t an afterthought — it’s a requirement.
Accessibility Compliance
RELAYTO meets the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), ensuring that our platform supports equal access across the EU. Our work in this area focuses on six core elements:
• Full support for keyboard-only navigation
• Compatibility with major screen readers
• Text alternatives for all non-text content
• Accessible rendering of PDFs and other documents
• High contrast visuals and adaptable user interfaces
• Full alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA standards
We see these not just as checkboxes, but as essential features of a platform designed for everyone.
What are the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines?
The WCAG is a set of web accessibility standards issued by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the leading international organization for internet standards. These guidelines aim to make web content more accessible, particularly for individuals with disabilities.

With WCAG’s latest version (2.1) being published in June 2018, these guidelines have evolved since their inception and are now adopted and recognized internationally. As a result, other government policies related to accessibility have come into effect as well, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (508) in the United States, and the Web and Mobile Accessibility Directive in the European Union. These are based on (or refer to) the WCAG.
Our commitment to accessibility
Accessibility guidelines like WCAG live at the very core of our platform. RELAYTO experiences are built with standard programming languages that were developed with accessibility in mind (e.g., HTML5 and CSS). - All critical interface elements have appropriate
