Since the inception of the partnership, Whirlpool Corporation has provided more than $130 million in global funding and nearly 212,000 appliances for Habitat homes. 2002 Launched Instituto Consulado da Mulher , a social program designed to teach entrepreneurial skills and provide opportunities to women with limited education and income.
