Neighbourly pandemic response Working with Neighbourly and their national partners including M&S, Aldi, Lidl and Danone, we raised awareness of emergency pandemic support available. We also used our cross-industry networks to increase involvement, helping local causes in the Neighbourly network to support over 4 million vulnerable people in the UK. Penguin: It starts with a book We encouraged Penguin Random House to speak out about the lack of racial diversity in the UK curriculum and helped launch their #ItStartsWithABook campaign to get books into the hands of disadvantaged communities during the pandemic. This work secured over 200 pieces of media coverage and helped to double applications to its WriteNow programme, supporting a wide range of aspiring authors. 12
