If you’re unable to work because of a covered disability, Short-Term Disability insurance replaces a portion of your income in addition to providing other services and benefits that help you return to work. PROVIDES YOU WITH A WEEKLY CHECK. After your claim is approved, you will receive a check for your benefits that helps you pay everyday expenses like your mortgage or rent, childcare and groceries.
