Allison Pickens

Allison Pickens is a solo GP investor focused on AI and SaaS companies, working closely with founders as a COO thought partner on scaling strategies. As the former COO of Gainsight, she grew the company from $1M to $85M ARR and played a pivotal role in creating the Customer Success software category. Allison serves on the boards of dbt Labs (backed by Sequoia and a16z) and Commvault (NASDAQ: CVLT), making her one of the youngest public company board members in the U.S. She has advised numerous companies, including Jasper, DeepL, and Hightouch, and co-authored The Customer Success Economy book.
