Seeking better opportunities The finance sector is currently undergoing notable shifts in employment trends, with over half of employees (53%) have experienced a salary increase. Surprisingly, despite more than half (52%) of employees having been in their current roles for over three years, a significant portion (33%) expressed neutrality towards their compensation packages.
