Chairman and Non-Executive Directors: Statement of implementation of remuneration policy in 2023 The fees for the Chairman and Non-Executive Directors were reviewed in December 2022 and early 2023. With effect from 1 January 2023, the fee for the Chairman was increased by 5% from £800,000 to £840,000 and the fees for Non-Executive Directors for all other roles on the Board and Board Committees of Barclays PLC were increased by 5%.
