MESSAGE FROM ABOUT SUSTAINABILITY AT PRODUCTS WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIAL GOVERNANCE AND GRI, SASB, AND TCFD OUR CEO HUBBELL HUBBELL IMPACT STEWARDSHIP RESPONSIBILITY ACCOUNTABILITY DISCLOSURES ENVIRONMENTAL DATA MANAGEMENT Starting in 2021, Hubbell began implementing a new data software solution to enhance our management of environmental performance metrics. With implementation completed in 2022, our new data tool comprehensively captures energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and waste generation from our facilities worldwide. We also established new procedures and veri昀椀cation controls to capture and maintain the quality of our data. Streamlining our data management process has enabled us to gather insights, make more informed decisions, improve our disclosures, and drive progress toward our sustainability priorities and goals. HUBBELL’S SUSTAINABILITY IMPACT PROGRAM In 2022, we formalized the creation of our Sustainability Impact Program. This program allocates capital to Hubbell facilities to bolster site-speci昀椀c or enterprise-wide projects that enhance the environmental performance and e昀케ciency of our business operations and processes. Throughout 2022, the program supported a variety of initiatives spanning LED lighting retro昀椀ts, HVAC upgrades or replacements, and compressed air demand reduction and optimization improvements. 23
