Thescopeandadministrationofscreeningprogramsvaryconsiderably acrossfirms,andsomefirmsusedifferentadministratorsfordifferentprograms. • Amongfirmsthatofferahealthscreeningprogram,aninsurerorthird-partyadministratoradministerssomehealth screeningprogramsat87%offirms,thirdpartyvendors,suchaswellnessproviders,administersomescreening programsat(29%)offirms,andthefirmitselfadministerssomehealthscreeningprogramsat(9%)offirms[Figure 12.13]. • Thirty-sevenpercentoflargefirmsofferinghealthbenefitshaveanincentiveforworkerstocompletebiometric screeningorahealthriskassessment. Amonglargefirmswithanincentiveforeitherhealthscreeningprogram,34% haveincentivesforworkersnotenrolledinthehealthplanand49%haveincentivesforspousesenrolledasdependents in the plan [Figure 12.14]. • Amongfirmsofferinghealthbenefits,8%ofsmallfirmsand14%oflargefirmscollectinformationfromworkers’ wearabledevices,suchasaFitbitorAppleWatch,aspartoftheirwellnessorhealthpromotionprogram[Figure12.15].
