Commission rates for each Customer: TheAffiliate is entitled to a commission equal to 30% of a Customer Transaction and each subsequent Derivative Transaction* from the same Customer actually collected by RELAYTO for RELAYTOServices/Subscriptions purchased by the RELAYTO Customer during the first year Y1ofanysuchTransactions (“Commission”). * If a customer renews, upgrades/downgrades to a different subscription plan.
