Bob Thomas Partner • OXX Bob is a Partner at Oxx, based in Stockholm. He joined Oxx in 2018 and has been integral in building out our people-first philosophy and specialist SaaS investment focus. Bob is both a finance industry veteran and has an operator background. He works closely with Oxx’s portfolio companies to professionalise their organisation, introduce talent and customers, and develop investor relationships. As a previous B2B software CFO, he is also particularly experienced in supporting companies to scale their Finance function, navigate capital markets and perform M&A.
