Voluntary life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage are also available. Please note that for the Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you must re-enroll each year. Up to $500 from your health care FSA will carry over, but no new funds will be deposited. The child care FSA remains unchanged.
