Professional jobs saw a similar decline in degree requirements from 2021 to 2022. ● Like frontline roles, we see a larger proportion of jobs not specifying educational requirements. ● In go-to-market roles, this has likely come at the expense of high school equivalents and associate degrees. ● In all cases, we’ve seen a decrease in the frequency of jobs requiring master’s degrees, MBAs, and PhDs. ● We also saw significant reductions in certification requirements.
