How to View Analytics

Let's understand how to view analytics. This process empowers you to assess engagement, gather audience insights, and make informed decisions to enhance your digital experiences.

 

Step 1: Click on the three dots in the top right corner.

 

Step 2: Select "Analytics" from the drop-down menu.

 

The Overview page will display the primary analytics data for your experience.

 

 

Step 3: To examine analytics data for specific pages, navigate to the "By Page" tab. Here, you can see the number of views, interactions, average time spent on each page, and the total time and number of visitors for each page.

You can also customize the time period to review analytics for a specific timeframe. To download the data in .csv format, click the "download" icon.

 


Step 4: Click on "By Day" to access daily metrics, such as the number of views and visitors.
 

 

 

Step 5: Locations will reveal the geographical origins of your document's visitors, including their cities and spoken languages.

 

Step 6: The "Devices" tab provides insights into the devices viewers use to access your digital experience, along with the number of visits for each device type.

 

 

Step 7: Select "Referrers" to gain insights into how visitors discover your digital experience, including the number of visits and visitors from each referral source.

 

Step 8: Under the "People" tab, you can find an overview of added users, with the option to click on an individual user to access detailed information about their activity.

 

Step 9: Click on the "Open Experience" button to return to your digital experience.
