Maddy Cross Partner • Erevena Maddy is a Partner at Erevena, an Executive Search firm focussed on placing leaders into VC backed businesses including Airtable, Asana, Paddle, Snyk, Zendesk and Figma amongst others. She was previously Talent Director at Notion Capital, where she worked on leadership advisory for early stage B2B Software companies. She holds a First Class Degree in Engineering from the University of Bristol, and an MBA from London Business School.
