Vacation policy Our vacation policy is designed to provide employees with the time they need to rest, recharge, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. We recognize the importance of taking time off to relax and spend time with loved ones, and we offer a generous vacation policy to support this. Employees can accrue between 5 to 30 days of paid vacation annually, depending on their tenure and role within the company. Holidays: In addition to vacation days, employees receive paid time off for 25 company-recognized holidays. Personal Days: Employees DAYS may also receive a number of personal days for use at their discretion.
