Ensure mixture is of a fluffy dough consistency and not too wet. 8. Boil water in a large pot. 9. With your hands, form 2" round dumplings from the potato mixture. 10. Insert 2–3 bread cubes into the middle of each dumpling, cover with mixture. 11. Add round dumplings into boiling water. Reduce temperature and simmer pot for 20 minutes. Do not boil. 12. Dumplings are ready when they float on the surface of the water. 13. Serve with meats, vegetables, and sauce.
