Placemaking Academy Each year, over 100 top students apply, interview and pitch for their place among a select few for a program unlike any other. For a half-year apprenticeship, they are teamed up, given space, guidance, mentorship and resources, to handle one of the most unique projects in the Swire Properties calendar - The White Christmas Street Fair at Taikoo Place in Hong Kong.
