Section 2 provides information on ending your membership voluntarily. · There are also limited situations where you do not choose to leave, but we are required to end your membership. If you have any questions about ending your membership you can: · Call your plan sponsor · Call Customer Service. · Find the information in the Medicare & You 2024 handbook. · Contact Medicare at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (TTY 1-877-486-2048). Section 3 Until your membership ends, you must keep getting your medical items, services and drugs through our plan Until your membership ends, and your new Medicare coverage begins, you must continue to get your medical items, services and prescription drugs through our plan. · Continue to use our network providers to receive medical care. · Continue to use our network pharmacies or mail order to get your prescriptions filled.
